Karingana Lookout – Valley of the Winds, Kata Tjuta.

What better way to paint a landscape reflecting the earth element then what you experience in the Australian outback. This painting was inspired from a recent trip to Uluru and the Olgas. As we wound through the gorges giving excellent views of the surreal domes and traversing varied terrain we stopped at Karingana Lookout. Here we were rewarded with breathtaking views over the desert plains of the red center which is what inspired this painting.
